Meet Our Physicians
Dr. Shannon Crowe, MD, FACOG, MSCP
Dr. Shannon Crowe is a board-certified OB/GYN and nationally recognized expert in hormone health, menopause medicine, and functional medicine. She has been caring for the Sugar Land community since 2000 and co-founded Sweetwater OB/GYN Associates with Dr. Bryan Blonder in 2009.
As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and National educator for BioTE® hormone therapy, Dr. Crowe brings extensive expertise to every patient encounter. She is passionate about integrative, whole-person care that includes bioidentical hormones, nutritional guidance, aesthetics, and complementary therapies tailored to each individual.
Dr. Crowe has been named Outstanding Female Physician at Memorial Hermann–Sugar Land and Best OB/GYN in Fort Bend County.
Dr. Bryan J. Blonder, DO, FACOG
Dr. Bryan Blonder is a board-certified OB/GYN who has been practicing in the Sugar Land area since 2000. He co-founded Sweetwater OB/GYN Associates in 2009 and brings extensive surgical expertise and a commitment to comprehensive women’s health.
Dr. Blonder is trained in all minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, including laparoscopy, DaVinci robotic surgery, endometrial ablations, and hysteroscopic procedures. He practices the full scope of office gynecology and is proficient in basic conversational and medical Spanish.
A Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and BioTE Certified Practitioner, Dr. Blonder serves as a faculty preceptor for medical students and is actively involved in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as Chairman of the Health Committee.
